Q: Alina, what is your impression of Conti and the Graduate Program after the first 100 days?
A: The working atmosphere within and across departments is very positive and cooperative. Everybody is extremely helpful and eager to share experiences and opinions with me. Due to this extraordinary open-mindedness at Conti, I had the opportunity to broaden my professional and personal mindset faster than I expected.
Q: Tijana, what was the best experience for you so far?
A: Organizing ‘Finance goes Digital’ Idea Workshops was a very exciting experience! I was happy to discuss digitalization ideas with colleagues from different divisions and functions, which gave me a better insight into various controlling tasks. What I enjoyed the most were the friendly, motivated and inspiring colleagues and I look forward to working with some of them in my next assignments!
Q: Philipp, what are your expectations for the further course of the Graduate Program?
A: For the future, I expect to deepen my knowledge and meet as many people as possible. After the first assignment in Corporate Accounting, we will change location to gain knowledge about processes and work experience on divisional level. Working in R&D Controlling Chassis & Safety from March onwards, gives me the chance to understand innovation and product development at Continental. A key area in our company!
Q: Daniel, how would you describe the atmosphere among the trainees?
A: In short: very good! Considering that only 100 days ago, we did not even know each other, I am sometimes amazed how much we have already experienced together. The fact that all of us are new to Hanover certainly makes it even more exciting. In order to promote a cross-functional exchange, Philipp and I are currently initiating a monthly meetup for all Conti graduates in Hanover.
